Rafael Leonardo Carlesso
Brand Strategist & AI Image Governance
Milan, Italy
Bio
I work with brands, consultancies and institutional investors to identify structural risks in brand positioning and corporate narrative, producing strategic intelligence at the intersection of luxury strategy, financial communication, and AI governance.
My current focus is AI Image Governance: a methodology developed to address one of the most consequential unresolved questions in luxury markets today. As generative AI becomes embedded in production workflows, the absence of a governance framework separating AI as an internal creative tool from AI as a public-facing brand deliverable creates measurable risk to brand authority. The distinction is not technical. It is strategic. Most luxury houses have not yet made it.
I produce original strategic intelligence on luxury conglomerate performance, narrative risk, and AI governance disclosure, with current coverage of Kering Group, LVMH, Richemont, Armani Group, Prada Group and Moncler. Reports are distributed to executives, financial analysts, and media contacts covering the luxury sector.
Over 15 years of practice in high-value markets. MBA in Marketing, Branding and Growth. Master's in Urban Management and Planning. Architecture background. Trilingual: English, Portuguese, Italian.
